- MCMindy CawleyOct 28, 20251.0Terrible service. After waiting 20 minutes, the teller deposited my money in the wrong account so I had to wait another 15 minutes for him to fix it. No apology. Thank goodness I noticed the mistake on the receipt or the money would have just been gone. Final straw. Time to switch banks.
- TYtalearia youngSep 11, 20241.0I have great experience with PNC but this branch needs retraining. I tried to withdrawal money from my account using government identification card. I was told that they could not use that form of identification. I only tried going to this branch because it was closer to my job than the one on Patrick street. I told the person that I could use it because it was a government issued identification card. He said he was not comfortable using it. I had to drive to Patrick street anyway. When I told the woman at Patrick street location what happened she did not understand why this location would not use my government Id. All he had to do was confirm my information by using my phone number to send a code and I recite it back to him. Please retrain your people. If you have issues with this branch go to the PNC on Patrick street.
