  No line but waited too long while the employe is having good time on phone. I can tell the way she was lounging loudly it was personal call.

  Though, I was excited to learn that there is another PNC that is relatively close to me, I was skeptical about visiting the Forestville PNC, due to bad reviews. 😩 However when I phoned before visiting, the gentleman I spoke to was so nice and professional. The young lady who assisted me today was also very nice and professional as well! She very nicely greeted me with a pretty smile, in such a kind manner. She was nice, friendly, and very helpful! I visited on a Saturday morning, I arrived a little after 11:00. It wasn't crowed when I arrived but towards closing time (12:00 pm), folks started rolling in. The young lady was taking care of them all, as I left the bank. The bank is nice, neat, and clean, with a nice atmosphere! At any rate, I informed the young lady that I wanted to deposit checks and she suggested that I use the ATM, rather than wait for a Banker, who were all tied up, with customers, from what I could see. I think they're 3 Bankers....I THINK. I had never deposited via an ATM before, I never trusted that process. 😳 I was assured that it would be fine and, it was actually pretty cool! The gentleman before me talked with the ATM computer teller for a very longgggg time, however. They were chatting it up!! 😳 I appreciate how nice and friendly the computer teller obviously strove to be but, they have to keep in mind that the line can get long pretty fast! There is apparently only one ATM that has the deposit function/capability. Long on-going conversations (especially, outside of banking business) is an inconvenience to those waiting for that particular ATM. 🥺 It was the teller who kept the conversation going. 😊 He was very nice and his friendly manner was indeed appreciated but, with certainly all due respect to him, there has to be a balance (no pun intended 😁). My teller could have been a talker also but, I made sure to not allow it to go there! I think they're trained to be communicative with the customers so, I had to make sure to respectfully and politely not engage much as he continued to ask me casual questions.😊 Of course, I answered his questions but, I didn't give any indication that I wanted to chat. 😊 A bank line or a bank that has the potential to quickly grow a line, is just not the place! 😉 Ultimately, I can never be upset about nice, friendly, professional service, though! 👍🏾😁 That is exactly what I received!!!!! I received great service!!! From the young lady who greeted and assisted me upon arrival, to my ATM Computer Teller! The young lady treated every customer very kindly. She was attentive and respectful to all. 😊 THANK YOU BOTH VERY MUCH, FOR YOUR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I will definitely return, will definitely recommend, and will definitely tell a friend! 😉 Not disputing anyone else's experience, I'm just happy to report that mine was GREAAAT (in my Tony the Tiger voice) 😁😁

  Atm doesn't open until 9am. It is the only PNC Bank in a 20 mile or so radius.
