  This branch of PNC is a Breath of FRESH air. Yesterday, I tried to change $40. at the branch in Clarksville but it is no longer a full service bank. To add insult to injury the man who met me at the door told me that in order to make change at Any PNC bank I would have to have an ATM card. Turns out that is totally Not true!!! I do not have nor do I want a PNC ATM card I went to the E.C. branch and Adell, who couldn't have been nicer or more professional assured me that I most certainly get change. I am long time costomer and have 2 accounts at PNC. I quickly showed her my checking account and had my change. Neither Clarksvill or Maple Lawn are full service banks anymore. Not sure how they can maintain the word bank. I'll take my business to Ellicott City from now on until they go conceige and then I'm out of PNC. They have about pushed my last nerve. Thank you, Adell. What a nice experience!!!

  Wrote a check to my painter and when he went to cash it they put him thru the 3rd degree claiming my signature didn’t look like it did 35 years ago when I opened my account. I’ve written many checks over 35 years and never was there a problem. My payee happens to have black skin and I think that was the problem. My painter called me and I had to call the bank back and give my last 4 of the social to get my him paid. Further I was advised by the teller to come fill out a new signature card. I’m going to fill out a new signature card at another bank.

  Worst experience to open a business account with them. They won’t respond your email or phone inquiries. Customer service will ask you as many times as they’re pleased with to spell your name over and over.

  The worst experience opening business line if credit … i got scammed by the manager her name was Apryl She doesnt kniw what he does and it was a total waste of time Also tried to contact her left multiple mesages but she didnt care at all to get back to me and address my issue …BAD BAD BAD
