- SPSally ParksJul 7, 20255.0They closed the in town branch forcing everyone to use the less accessible one in Elkton Mall.. Always understaffed so it's a 30 minute wait both drive through an inside. Exit is always blocked by Dunkin donut line. Should have closed this one and kept the town office open. At least increase staffing. The staff are doing their best under the circumstances. Not customer friendly building.

They are always short staffed and wait times at the drive thru can be as long as 25 minutes before being waited on. Today it was 40 minutes and there were only two cars in front of me. Considering moving everything to another bank. PNC doesn't really care about the customers. Good talk but afraid to do the walk to correct the problem. Turn over of tellers is constant.
