  Genuinely a terrible bank, they changed my account information without notifying me, and shut down my debit cards multiple times, and couldn’t provide a reason. Also took over 3 weeks for them to order a replacement card. Customer service is trash as well, been hung up on mid call and takes 10+ minutes to speak to someone every time.

  I am blown away by the customer service, from Adrian in particular, that I have received during the past year. It's been incredible what they have been able to do for me and I highly recommend doing business with this branch! The care, patience and attentiveness they give you goes above and beyond.

  worst customer service ever- would not resolve an issue with a check that they were unable to read eve though I verified the amount over the phone and the correct amount was written in the numerical box- explained that I had an injury and writing was difficult- they didn't care- very disappointed with my experience with this branch.........
