They will charge you if you don’t have an account and will then ask you what type of document (it’s actually none of their business)/ only to tell you “we don’t do that” Was referred to a store in Denton who said the bank does this all the time “apparently they can’t witness anything” Learn your job, do what you are supposed to or stop advertising that you have a notary. A notary’s job is to witness a signature. The type of document is not their concern!

They have been messing up my account since day 1....I'm from sc and travel to Md and found out that there was a Pnc bank. I went to "Cash" my work check but they lady at the desk deposit it as a check and put a hold on it for 3 days. I'm now stuck In md with no money to buy a train ticket back home...I called and called to get help but nobody care......please stay away from the bank as a whole I promise you'll regret it
