  My experience at this PNC branch was unacceptable and deeply concerning. I came in to withdraw cash with Paul Rahman and update my account information. I presented my valid, current government-issued ID. Because the address did not match what was on file, the branch manager Paul Rahamn refused to assist me unless I produced my old, voided ID — which is unreasonable and not something customers are required or expected to carry once they receive an updated identification. When I calmly asked what alternative steps I could take to properly update my information, I was told, “I’m not going to debate with you about what’s needed.” I was not debating — I was asking for guidance. Instead of offering a solution or explaining policy clearly, I was dismissed. The tone and treatment made me feel as though I was being viewed with suspicion rather than as a legitimate customer attempting to handle routine banking. As a young Black woman, this interaction felt discriminatory and unnecessarily hostile. Customers deserve professionalism, respect, and clear communication not condescension or insinuation of wrongdoing. I expect this branch to review how customers are treated and ensure staff are trained to handle situations like this with respect and transparency.

  This branch is one of the only local places that can handle currency, so when making orders, they are supposed to call you and yell you know when it comes in. They did not do so, delaying the receipt of funds by days. It’s very frustrating that PNC has chosen this model of banking where good customer service is shackled from helping their local neighbors and everyone’s needs are shuttled to what seems to be understaffed and discombobulated offices like this.

  I experienced significant delays at this specific location and despite the extended wait, I was also denied access to the restroom. The combination of slow service and lack of basic accommodation created an unnecessarily inconvenient and disappointing experience. I hope they make improvements

  I needed guidance on making a withdrawal of most of the funds in an estate account, and how wire transfers are done when selling something expensive to a remote buyer. I'm trying to safeguard the funds in the event the buyer is fraudulent. Joseph was extremely helpful in explaining everything and handling the withdrawal.
