- HHH HallMay 18, 20201.0the customer service here is terrible waiting in line for 45 minutes only to be told that I could not withdraw the amount that was posted in my account I. called customer service they said that ithe funds were there and the branch manager still stated that I would not be able to complete my transaction even with her speaking to customer service at the time I will be closing this account I would warn anyone not to use PNC Bank especially the Clinton Maryland branch. 2 hours later someone from the bank a misread called in defense of the bank teller manager who was completely rude and out of line and dealing with me in the midst of this pandemic. I am in route to withdraw the funds that are needed for my purchase add another branch that says they will have no problem serving me. It is a shame that because I a black man in America who works diligently everyday as an essential worker should be treated like this I'm going to Edgewater Maryland hopefully service will be better.
