  As you can see, a lot of people are noticing the failings of this branch. I went in to close my account 2 weeks ago and I patiently sat (10-15 min) while the representative "closed" the account. So it is closed? "Yes" (I handed over my ATM card to the representative- cannot be any more clear than that) Today I just got a letter that my account is overdrawn and has a negative balance due to a $25 service charge for not maintaining a high enough balance. First, I went to a branch and closed it. Second, the balance goes down when you close an account. Third, the letter contained threats to report this to the credit agencies. (Photo) I called and after an unbelievable amount of confusion and 25 min on phone, it was finally cleared up. Needless to say I am scratching PNC off my list of banks to work with

  Looks like a branch, smells like a branch, but should be called an office. No tellers...no ability to make a deposit without using the ATM. I needed to deposit a business check for an HOA...we don't have an ATM card. People there were not willing to make the deposit. I ended up going to the Maple Lawn location that said they could take a deposit...got there and it's the same set up...no tellers but people there, but they took the deposit. Ridiculous.

  Never heard of a bank that only allows cash deposits or withdrawals by ATM!! They don’t deserve 1 star. Don’t visit this branch located at 5800 Clarksville Square Dr.
