We usually have a good experience going here. However, the last time we went, we had to change the name on my account to my new married name. After changing my name, I asked how I could get a new card. The woman who helped us kept insisting that I just visit the Maple Lawn branch to get a new card in person, but I said I didn't have time and would like it to be mailed to my house and could fill out the forms for it now. She seemed annoyed and said that she would submit the paperwork to get it mailed to my house. Then, she just called the next customer up to help them without saying anything else to us. Feeling dismissed, I left but I wasn't convinced that she actually would order it. Now, a month later, no new debit card got mailed, so I'm guessing she didn't submit anything as I predicted. What awful customer service.

Was told a drastically different currency exchange rate over the phone than in-person in order to lure me into the branch. Almost every other detail was also incorrect (est. delivery day, transaction fees, expedited options) and I was forced to find another option. Either the staff did this mistakingly or are lying to their customers and I hope it's the former...
