- ABAaron BatesMay 8, 20231.0Been a happy customer for years with PNC. They were up on technology and conveniently located. Now their local branches are become self help centers and are no longer actual banks. You can't get cash or cash checks. Everything has to be deposited then withdrawn. Further more their mobile deposits multiple times is down not working on FRIDAYS. It seams strange that it keeps happening on Friday evenings which would be a major inconvenience to people who are trying to deposit their paychecks to have money that weekend.

I told her how long we have been getting change there for to tell me its not her problem . Canceling my pnc account bc of this very disappointing. A 3.4 star review for a bank is terrible
