Numerous times, I have called the bank and no one answers, so I have to drive from Tolchester to Chestertown to ask a question. Hiddeous! All they need to do is asign a person to the phones.

The staff are wonderful but getting in front of someone is challenging. Where are all the staff once at the branches, since we’re forced into one site. No one answers the phone when trying to arrange an appointment. I love my people in the bank but corporate has let them and customers down.
