Ms Howell and Matt went above and beyond to right what I believe was terribly wrong. I had righteous indignation when I entered PNC today but was truly Blessed to be assisted by this powerhouse manager.

We have banked here for 20 years and this bank NOW doesn't care. We will leave this bank and recommend you do as well.

I couldn’t believe what I was hearing… asked to speak to the manager. She did not apologize for her bankers lack of knowledge… seemed defensive and in competent herself. Asked for her District Manager.. she would not provide a name or phone number. Said we would get a call. Unlikely! I sure miss Elle of a few years back. So sad these folks don’t know their job or care about their customers. We have another bank so will be taking all of our business there.

Was told the person was not available and took our information and said someone would call us to discuss. Two weeks later and still no call. Will be moving our business account elsewhere.
