Didn’t get her name but the female teller was outstanding!! She was so attentive and patient. Just phenomenal customer service!!!

We are long time customers. Called to make appointment to do some account changes. Spoke with a banker who was totally clueless. Completely incompetent. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing… asked to speak to the manager. She did not apologize for her bankers lack of knowledge… seemed defensive and in competent herself. Asked for her District Manager.. she would not provide a name or phone number. Said we would get a call. Unlikely! I sure miss Elle of a few years back. So sad these folks don’t know their job or care about their customers. We have another bank so will be taking all of our business there.

Went into the branch two weeks ago to discuss a small business loan since we are already customers there. Was told the person was not available and took our information and said someone would call us to discuss. Two weeks later and still no call. Will be moving our business account elsewhere.

On October 18th/2024 at noon, I went in to open a joint account. There were two male employees and one female employee present. The two men were kind and friendly, but only the woman was available to assist with opening a joint account. Unfortunately, she spent the entire time focused on her computer and did not engage with her coworkers or the customers. When I approached them for help, she denied my request, saying she didn’t have time.
While I understand that she may have been occupied with other tasks, it would have taken very little effort for her to at least acknowledge me and say, “Good morning, I’m sorry, I can’t help you today, but we have other options.” Her lack of basic manners was disappointing, and I felt bad for her coworkers who were likely affected by her demeanor. Overall, I encountered terrible customer service from her.

Not sure where all of the women who worked her went; but the men who work here now are really weird. Why do you need someone’s social security number to give them small bills after they make a deposit? This bank feels sketchy, definitely find another bank to go to if you can cause this one is horrible.
