I don't personally bank here but when i was a teenager they let me come inside for protection when someone who did a not legal thing to me was following me to try to take my valueable person items by force. Basically these guys protected me when I was a teen by allowing me to come inside and wait until the assailant left.

I called and asked if I needed to schedule an appointment and was told I did not and I could come anytime until the bank closed. I went in the evening and I was told that the notary was too busy to help me. It only takes a couple of minutes to review a document and notarize it! I asked for the manager Tajean Roper and then was told that she is the notary! I really needed this done and will be filing a complaint with corporate.
