  We scheduled an appointment in advance for a notary to complete a title transfer. We were greeted and welcomed upon arrival. The greeter was humurous and friendly. Ash was our notary and very helpful, even calling the MVA to get information about what was required. He gave us his card and told us to call if we ever had any questions. And then held the door for us as we left. We felt like valued customers from beginning to end. Thank you PNC.

  I used to love this bank so much just the customer service is great a few weeks ago. I did have an encounter. I received a deposit for my insurance company to fix my vehicle. The money was sitting in there for about two days and it was cleared. they wanted to do Two or three verifications that will take the next day. I need to come back I think the bank teller manager lady was there and was really being funny and petty. I had to call Pnc customer service so they can explain to me what was going on and the people at the bank told me to come back. I left five minutes down the street she called me back telling me to come back. The verification is done. No sorry we took you through this. No nothing. She even stopped the branch manager guy from helping me and tell him he can go home. She has it I will not be coming back to this bank. I am so glad they put a new bank over here in Burtonsville. Just a little more information so the bank that I was seeing was about to give me my money the money counter was counting it and everything all of a sudden the bank teller manager lady came over and told her to stop it need to be a verification. I’m like what is going on I never had this issue at this bank. I just thought that was pretty weird and that’s where my issue came in at.

  Really good bank. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Update The staff has changed. You make an appointment and wait. You never know who you get on an appointment. Too much interactions with app when going for appointment. Come in PNC you used to be good.

  i use the drive through regularly...staff is quick, efficient, and super friendly and helpful!!
