After waiting 15 minutes in line, I left. There were only two tellers working during lunchtime. It would be easier for customers if managers or office representatives helped with the teller line.

The bank tellers are the absolute worst and SUPER unfriendly. Especially one of them was being homophobic to me and my friend cause she thought we were a gay couple

Jackson was very helpful and made sure my needs were satisfied. Most of my issues were related to wording with the 800 customer service line.Jackson realized this and took care of it. He is an asset to the bank

Received a check from my grandmother for my birthday. Her account is with PNC. She lives in a retirement community and has quite a bit of money since Grandad passed away. Anyway, I went to PNC in Bel Air today to cash the birthday check. I was told that since I did not have an account there, I would have to pay 2.5% to cash the check. I said that my grandmother is 91 years old and has probably a huge balance in her checking account. Perhaps the teller could check the account to be sure her $100 check would clear. The teller said that in order to cash the PNC check at their PNC branch, I would need to pay a 2.5% fee. Needless to say I walked out. BTW, this is a HUGE branch with NO customers in there. The employees looked bored to tears when I arrived. I guess if they provided better service to receivers of their checks, they might have more business.
