I assumed I would be able to use the ATM after hours, even though the branch was closed. Unfortunately, the door was locked and there was no access at all. This should be clearly mentioned in advance so customers know what to expect. Otherwise, the experience was okay.

All the staff there are super friendly they know exactly what they're doing. They're not slow. Also they are human and what I mean by that is they show emotion enthusiasm hakim was a wonderful associate there. I couldn't be any happier than this location. Sometimes I'll drive out the state just to this one because it's my favorite. Excellent service

Upon arriving at 12:45 to request a new card, I was dismayed to find that there were only three staff members available to assist customers. Furthermore, I was informed that one staff member had a client scheduled for 1 pm, another was due to go on lunch break at the same time, and the whereabouts of the third staff member were unknown. Despite my urgent request, I was given three unacceptable options: travel to other branches for immediate service (harbor east or Charles Street), or to wait for an hour until all staff members were available. This level of service is simply unacceptable. Addtionally, it was disheartening to observe that one staff member appeared to be taking advantage of a supposed "early lunch grace period" to relax and use their phone, rather than attending to customers' needs diligently. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and efficiency displayed by your staff. It is evident that the hiring and training processes at your branch need to be reassessed urgently. I was left with no choice but to walk 20 minutes to the Harbor East branch to obtain the service I needed, all because the staff at your branch were unable or unwilling to assist me promptly. It is worth noting that the bank was not crowded at the time of my visit, with only a handful of customers present. Despite the low traffic, the level of service provided fell far below expectations.

I’m not sure what they did to piss every one else off in the reviews but I had an amazing experience! Dystany went above and beyond in making sure I left satisfied, thanks again guys.

The black woman that has the first office to the left once you enter the bank has the worst attitude I have seen since we've been under this quarintine. Also, the short, overweight security woman was very very rude in handling the line and trying to instruct people.
