Onyebuchi Ebereonwu was my financial consultant at the Overlea PNC Bank. I currently have a business account with PNC, and worked with a great financial consultant, who was able to pull all of my documents and get my account setup. Today, I went to another branch with the hopes of opening up a business account. However, I was met with aggression and hostility from Onyebuchi Ebereonwu. Everything was going routine, until he couldn't find my business documents, state side. I told him that I pulled the documents yesterday and I would go home and pull the document and come back. That is when Onyebuchi got mad! He got really mad. He told me that I was acting like he didn't know how to do his job, and he also said that he does this for people all the time. I told him, that I'm the customer and he shouldn't be yelling or arguing with me. He then got even more angry, and aggressive. I got my paperwork and I left his office. He then proceeded to follow me out of his office, and then he got in my face and proceeded to yell at me. He did all of this because he thought I was calling him stupid because he couldn't find my documents. Anyhow, the reason he couldn't find the documents was because the state is doing routine maintenance. I read it, obviously he didn't. I'm not sure why PNC bank employs people who treats their customers aggressively but he made me feel very threatened. Will not be back there. Women beware of Onyebuchi Ebereonwu, he is aggressive and very disrespectful.
UPDATE: Still have not received an update as to why Onyebuchi Ebereonwu was allowed to aggressively get in my face and yell at me at the Overlea Branch in Maryland without consequence. I was never contacted by a manager. Corporate took my complaint and never called me back to follow-up. As I was leaving he followed me and got into my face aggressively to intimidate me. I’m not sure why anyone is allowed to be treated like that at your place of business. Never have I been so disrespected at a place of business. Can you imagine a cashier getting up from a chair, walking around the counter, so they can get in your face in yell, as you are leaving? Its disappointing to know that PNC chooses to treat women and minorities with so much disrespect.
