- CYCoco YoungFeb 13, 20261.0PNC at white marsh sucks. The teller deposit my cash to someone else account, after 1 day, she acted like never see me before even her employee number on the receipt. no apology but tried very hard to put it on me. She is supposed to be an actress not a teller. The banker lie through her teeth because she has 0 knowledge about her job. I was so confusing and later on called customer service, and find out she was lying. The branch representative is also rude. I called in asked about the deposit, she didn't pay attention to what I was saying, At the end she said she can't do anything unless i come to the teller. That's this branch how to treat their customer with Rude and disrespectful. That's why this branch always so empty.

I left without opening the account. If this is how you conduct business in an empty building where I didn’t need anything, how would you treat me if I had an actual problem?
