- RKRod KimmelOct 19, 20251.0Scared the hell out of us on a Sunday morning. We have three accounts at PNC (a long story) and I got a email saying one of our accounts was 'empty'. WHAT? For some reason, funds from our three accounts were consolidated into the third account - not the account we write checks from, etc. The other two accounts had $0.00 in them. Not good. Very much not good. Don't like surprises from our bank at all.

BRADY helped us and at first he was understanding but once the 1pm time hit the clock, his demeanor changed. We asked him to help us with opening an online account and he let out an agitated sigh, which confused me because despite the time, I found it disrespectful. Later, my mother asked me to write down the log in information and he tossed a note pad on the desk in front of me in a hostile manner. This ultimately made me reconsider my decision of opening an account. Never have I experienced such unprofessional behavior.

Despite being informed that the staff member we needed was on lunch break, we observed that they were not on break but deliberately keeping us waiting. Their behavior was unfriendly and unprofessional. To our frustration, they refused to open the bank account, citing insufficient documents, even though we knew the documents were adequate. We ultimately found it much easier to open the account at another PNC branch. We strongly advise against choosing this branch and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
