I am always greeted pleasantly, my questions are always answered, and the manager is awesome to where I have considered get more of there services at this particular branch
- MSMOUSSA SOWJul 31, 20171.0Honestly, me and my wife went to this bank more than 6 times but the service has always been horrible. They don't take time to listen and they are very unprofessional. I don't usually put reviews online but this bank takes you to the extreme level I swear. The staff is poor I'm sure many people feel the way me and wife feel. We had to take Uber twice to go there today but they weren't even able to give you the information you need plus you end up leaving without your card which get stuck in the ATM machine.
