- JDJason DrecchioJul 15, 20231.0You can cannot withdraw from a teller so you can only withdraw from an ATM up to your ATM withdrawal limit. They do not have tellers. So you have to drive across the city to canton to make a withdrawal for an amount greater than your atm withdrawal limit. Very inconvenient.

- JCJoshua David CrownFeb 17, 20181.0Left my card at the ATM machine. Called and they said they had it, and I could pick it up. I come in the next day and they said it was thrown out. Issued me a new card, which is frustrating because I have multiple bills on auto payment for the lost card. And then they cancelled the new card the next day, so I have to come in again for a third card. Some mismanagement going on here.

The hotel where the transfer was going to said they never received the wire transfer after 2 WEEKS. I had to call the PNC branch and supposedly, after 2 weeks, the manager "just" received an email telling him it never went through. So, 2 weeks after I sent the transfer, I had to call YOU about the problem? You are not gonna call and tell me something was wrong? And for 2 weeks that the transfer didn't go through you didn't credit back my money? Plus, the date to hold the wedding could have been jeopardized. This bank is probably okay to go to and do simple things like deposits and withdraws, but not anything more.
