The hotel where the transfer was going to said they never received the wire transfer after 2 WEEKS. I had to call the PNC branch and supposedly, after 2 weeks, the manager "just" received an email telling him it never went through. So, 2 weeks after I sent the transfer, I had to call YOU about the problem? You are not gonna call and tell me something was wrong? And for 2 weeks that the transfer didn't go through you didn't credit back my money? Plus, the date to hold the wedding could have been jeopardized. This bank is probably okay to go to and do simple things like deposits and withdraws, but not anything more.
