- BMBrandi McCallDec 23, 20251.0This bank was great when Mavis was managing it, but ever since they replaced her with a new manager, I think her name is Felicia, I’ve been having trouble with getting my important transactions completed. I sent an IRA retirement check to them in September and they continue to tell me they cannot find the check. When I call they tell me Felicia is in a meeting and she’ll return my call later and she never does. Terrible management.
