- BABrandon AbarcaJul 20, 20251.0Wish I could give zero. Tried to come in to deposit a check with the teller. It was near closing so she sent me to the atm telling me it would be the same processing time. Come to find out that was completely wrong and now I have to wait over a week for my funds. All because a lazy teller who couldn’t care enough to do her own job. Now my life is on hold. Whoever that was should just quit if she hates her job so much. Already put in multiple complaints on this matter
- NNNikkiOct 11, 20231.0I am sincerely disappointed with this bank. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I must say, today was one for the books. To keep it short, this particular location has one of the rudest and inconsiderate tellers that I’ve ever interacted with, working today. The Security Guard was a wonderful lady, very considerate, but the teller, not so much. I tried to not even go inside because there have only been, in my recollection, two well trained professionals at the teller position. Then I called into Customer Service and the Representative was anything but of service to me. She refused to let me speak with a Supervisor, even though I asked politely at least 10 times. I’m thinking if this is how they treat long time loyal customers, they will not value newer customers either. Go to a Credit Union. Do not go here.
