Called customer service and I was told its done at the branch. Went back again to the same person told her that its done in the branch and now she want some proof that I changed the adress and told me she can get me an apointment with the manager .all alone adress changes are done online when i call back the customer service again I find a person who nows what she is doing and woke me thru the proces on my computer to do the adress change .but for this branch they suck will never go there again and prepairing to take my business to other banks .
