  Terry Bostock the Branch Manager and Melissa are wonderful!! Terry assisted us when we 1st were married and I moved from Hamptons Long Island NY to MD to be with Husband. The Branch is conveniently located in a nice, safe area near great stores. We still use FNB even though we are currently in NY!! Thank you 👍😊

  I don't have any issue/concern with the bank/company except they keep selling & changing the name every few yrs🥴. At this exact location there is an issue/concern with the older (50-60's) tall white woman teller with glasses. I rarely (like every few months) go to this location. She is one of the rudest tellers I have ever encountered. I will update this when I get her name. When her white male colleague (friendly & kind) asked her if he should help me she said "she can wait a few minutes". I was surprised & upset as I was already waiting >3mins & was the only inside customer. She is rude, tone is short, snappy and comes off as racist. I hope her supervisors read these reviews as she would benefit from some implicit bias training (just to name one of many) & some manners!

  Like others have said, they love to rip off their customers and nickle and dime them for basic services such as check cashing and transfers. Seems like they need the income in fees to stay in business.

  Most deposits are available next business day, unless it's a holiday or weekend deposit. There had to be a reason the deposit that was made, was held for that long. Usually if we would put a hold on a large check deposit, it is 5 business days. If you call my office, I would like to resolve this and look into what the circumstance was. Was this a brand new account and a large check deposit? Thank you,
