- JTJeremy TheermanApr 27, 20173.0So, generally I like this bank. I've had accounts there for years. But, two issues. 1, this branch closes at 4, what's up with that? It's right downtown, I just think they need to get more flexible. 2, I referred over $1 million in business to this bank. Since that time have they done anything to help me? Nope, they declined a loan application and gave me essentially no good reason for the decision. In fact it seemed like the person I was dealing with didn't understand how corporate revenue differed from personal income, it was like I was talking to a complete novice. I asked a branch manager to look into it for me and I got no response. Finally, I overdrew an account a few hundred bucks and they got me with all kinds of fees, despite the fact that I otherwise had tens of thousands of dollars on deposit in other accounts, why not look at a combined balance? So, overall a good bank, but it seems that the relationship is a one way street when it comes to reciprocating good will.
