- JSJack Sullivan4 days ago1.0I have been a member of the Credit Union for over 40 years. Recently my ATM card was compromised through no fault of my own. The card was frozen by the Credit Union and I instructed to go to my local branch to replace my card. I did so at the Weymouth branch and was told I had two options. Have a new card mailed to me at no cost to me or pay $10 to get one right then. Being it a few weeks before Christmas I grudgingly paid the $10 but expressed my displeasure with the policy. Why should I have to pay to replace my card that was compromised through no fault of mine. I understood and knew that the person waiting on me could not help me. Later I sent an email to the Credit Union to voice my displeasure and I never received a reply or response from anyone at the Credit Union. To add to my 1 star review, while writing thus teview I have been on hold for over 15 minutes waiting to ask someone at the Credit Union one simple question. 10,29,30,40 years ago I would have recommended the Credit Union to anyone, today I would warn them to avoid them at all costs. I will update if and when anyone answers the phone.

Recently I was hospitalized and had some things post and worked hard to transfer money to get my account positive. I still got charged two fees. Being hospitalized and out of work at the holidays is awful. I begged Jessica and Mike in customer service to help me but they said they would not. I asked if I could talk to anyone else and they told me that they made the decisions and there was no one else I could speak to. This is awful:( I was not treated like a human:( I asked for help for $50..$50 and was treated horribly while sick with heart issues. This is awful:(
