    I have been with this bank for many years. I rarely have issues. Recently I was hospitalized and had some things post and worked hard to transfer money to get my account positive. I still got charged two fees. Being hospitalized and out of work at the holidays is awful. I begged Jessica and Mike in customer service to help me but they said they would not. I asked if I could talk to anyone else and they told me that they made the decisions and there was no one else I could speak to. This is awful:( I was not treated like a human:( I asked for help for $50..$50 and was treated horribly while sick with heart issues. This is awful:(

    Always friendly and eager to help- especially when I seem to come in for one issue or another (because of me not them! hehe )- they never look like they are annoyed- even when I run in late right before close. Always make you feel like you have been a member forever.

    Been with QCU for many years and have always been treated well. Had a fraud situation recently and it was resolved quickly. Member services were very helpful and the funds that were withdrawn through fraud were put back in my account in a timely manner. Thanks to everyone at QCU.

    I appreciate the level of services an banking options. They are above so many other banks and you will save money and time!! Banking isn't usually fun but you definitely feels among friends truly concerned and considerate of your needs. I have saved thousands through their great programs, phenomenal rates and made more than expected on investment plans. I truly can't say enough!
