  I had a difficult experience completing a wire transfer at PNC. There were approximately six errors during the process from the 1st PNC representative, including two that could have led to major issues had they not been corrected before submission. This representative claimed she had done 'countless' transfers but I am led to believe I am maybe her first based on her questions and lack of knowledge on the process. Wire transfers are high-stakes transactions, and accuracy is critical. The number of mistakes made me feel uneasy about the level of oversight and attention to detail. I strongly recommend anyone completing a wire triple-check all documentation before signing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves training and review procedures. Please note the 2nd representative made the transaction smooth, but I was initially told by the front desk that there was only 1 rep who could help me, which turned out not to be true.

  Ernst was incredibly helpful while chatting with me over the phone. Even though I was unable to open an account at his branch for practical reasons, he was kind enough give me some advice and let me know about some fantastic offers. I was able to open a PNC account at different branch thanks to his help. Many thanks, Ernst!

  I had a great experience at this location. I was in need of some blank checks on short notice, and Shamkhal was able to help me right away. He was very friendly and assured me PNC was able to help.
