Zero Communication, Zero Support
Attempted to set up a business account for our nonprofit organization. Successfully created login credentials but never received any follow-up communication, confirmation emails, or next steps from NOVO.
After several weeks of silence, attempted to log in to complete the account setup and was met with "incorrect password" errors. No password reset options worked, no customer support response, nothing.
For an organization that needs reliable banking infrastructure to process donations and manage operations, this level of communication failure is completely unacceptable. Business banking requires responsiveness and reliability - NOVO provided neither.
Switched to Relay and had fully functional business checking and savings accounts operational within 30 minutes, with actual customer support and clear processes.
If you're considering NOVO for nonprofit or small business banking, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. When your financial operations are on the line, you need a platform that actually responds to customers.

My partner and I bought our first home together this past Spring and worked with Frank Prinzivalli from Middlesex Federal Savings. Frank was incredibly professional, patient (we asked a lot of questions as first time home buyers), and knowledgeable about the process. He walked us through all the steps and gave us resources to make the best financial decision for us. I would recommend Frank to family and friends looking for a trustworthy mortgage broker. We’re so grateful to be in great hands with Frank and Middlesex Federal Savings.

I've had a HORRIBLE experience with the customer service department at NOVO. I've honestly loved their product UNTIL I started receiving payment by check. MULTIPLE times now, I've deposited a check after 5pm on a business day only to receive a HOLD for more than 4 business days on the funds to even register in my account and then another 3+ business days wait if I make a payout on those funds. This is an unreasonable amount of time to wait on funds as a small business.

Working with Frank Prinzivalli as our mortgage broker for our very first home purchase was an absolute gift. From the very beginning, Frank was incredibly informative, patient, and attentive. He took the time to answer every single one of our (many!) questions, never making us feel rushed, and even got on calls with us to walk through the process step by step.
As first-time buyers, we were nervous about how overwhelming the process might be, but Frank made it feel safe, manageable, and even exciting. His knowledge, transparency, and genuine care made us feel like we were always in the best possible hands.
We would recommend Frank a million times over—whether you’re a first-time buyer or a seasoned homeowner. He’s smart, trustworthy, and truly has your best interest at heart. We couldn’t imagine going through this milestone with anyone else!
Thank you Frank!!
