- CCCary2 days ago5.0I am recently returned to Boston and wanted to open my first local branch account at a first rate bank with an emerging local yet well established national presence. The PNC branch in Roxbury fits that bill to a T. The branch, like PNC itself, is a newcomer to the area. Small by New England and especially Boston and Massachusetts standards. But Top 5 nationally. My experience thus far has been excellent. Reyna, a senior banker, opened the account for me. She is thorough, quick and proactive; and already I feel like a client they want to see grow right alongside them. Both Reyna, and her colleague, José, consistently demonstrate professionalism, attentiveness and dedication to client service needs. I recommend banking here highly. I believe it is an opportunity for anyone, and especially newcomers and old to the neighborhood.
