The entire process was quick, efficient, and clearly explained from start to finish. Kaitlyn was responsive, helped coordinate the documentation and DocuSign closing, and made sure the check was promptly sent to the dealership so there were no delays. Excellent experience with Kaitlyn and QCU once again.
