Kelly at Quincy really took the time to fix my banking issues and went above and beyond. I was panicking and she was so kind to do everything possible to help me at my appointment. Thank you!
- JMJamie MyerowApr 30, 20251.0Bank is happy to take fees from older accounts to that they don’t even charge anymore on new accounts. $7 a month maintenance, plus overdraft fees on charges not made by me. Customer for over a decade, but will not recommend this bank to anyone. Thanks for taking all but $21 out $260 that I had sitting.
