  I have been banking with members plus for a few Years now, and every single experience I have had here has been fantastic. Noreen and Andrew are the reason I keep coming back, I have sold my girlfriend on using them as well. I don’t like that banks have moved to almost completely digital. When I go into members plus the people that I know and trust will be there to help me with all of my questions.

  I have been a member at MembersPlus for quite some time now. The staff is wonderful always helpful and greets you with a smile upon walking through the door. I recently had to take out a personal loan, never new what the process was. The website was easy to navigate to complete my application process. The next business day I got a call from the Assistant Bank Manager Chyrisia Dember, who confirmed the submission of my application. Chyrisia was able to answer more questions I had regarding the process and made me feel more at ease, she gathered more information to provide to the loan department and within a few days my loan was approved. The only reason i say a few days was due to the recent holiday, if it wasn't for the holiday this process would have just taken a few hours. The follow up from Chyrisia great, she made sure all went through on my end . I am very happy and pleased with the entire team at the Norwood location for MembersPlus.

  I call and no one answers. Useless directory. Seriously, so frustrating a sea of nothing no operator etc. Poor

  This is based on my attempt to use Members Plus as a shared branch. I attempted to obtain a bank check drawn on my out of state Credit Union that participates in the Co-Op ATM's. I thought they participated in shared banking, but it turned out they didn't. Hangry, stressed, and short on time I was upset that the teller could not find my bank. While at the ATM to instead go get Money Orders, the teller came out and asked to try again. They really went the extra step to try to accommodate me and it's so rare to get attention and service like that.
