- SSshaun smithNov 6, 20241.0I wouldn't trust this bank the Branch manager is a lier I asked about video to help with an accident he told me the footage didn't reach the road and there was no footage. Then he lied and committed purgery to a cop when the cop asked about the footage saying I pulled out of the parking lot in front of a southbound car which is a lie. The cops finally got the footage and apologized for their rudeness to me because they say on the footage that I was in the turn lane for over a minute and the southbound car went into the northbound lane and struck me. Such a bad and stressful experience. I wish I could give it no star on this review. Very poor management.

He called us to pick up the check a few minutes before the branch was closing. It is hard to find excellent customer service nowadays. I highly recommend this Credit Union. Thank you Milford Branch!
