  I have previously had great customer service experiences with PNC Bank, but my recent visit to this branch was disappointing. The staff were friendly, but the service lacked professionalism. 1. There did not appear to be a first-come, first-served system. I arrived at 8:59 AM as the first customer. I waited 34 min and had to raised my voice, while other customers were served ahead of me. 2. I later noticed a $30 transfer service fee. I have completed similar transfers with other branches multiple times without being charged. When I contacted customer service, I was told the fee was applied because the transfer was not initiated from my Virtual Wallet account. I could have easily moved the funds between accounts to avoid the charge if I had known.

  Horrible. This branch has no tellers or cash. I was directed by a banker to use an ATM like machine with a “virtual teller.” I came in to cash a check against my checking/savings account. My check was taken into the machine and the machine all of a sudden “broke”. My money was lost and I was told not to worry and that the funds would show in my account in 15-20 minutes. A full week and nothing. I can’t believe how horrible this is. PNC you did not help a 20+ year client. Horrible service! UPDATE: I visited a local PNC bank where I live and it looks like the virtual teller completed fraud against me. Money was missing out of my account, via a withdrawl that I never completed. Upon further review by a PNC team member, it looks like the same virtual teller who tried to assist me, accessed my account 3 days later and took out a large sum of money. Be aware of this "Solution Center", as it is really looks to be a fraud center.

  I had a great experience with my business and savings account needs. Nathan and the branch manager were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain every detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident with the setup. It’s rare to find this level of customer service — I really appreciate their professionalism and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking to open a business account.
