- AKAnthony KrupinczaDec 3, 20251.0Horrible. This branch has no tellers or cash. I was directed by a banker to use an ATM like machine with a “virtual teller.” I came in to cash a check against my checking/savings account. My check was taken into the machine and the machine all of a sudden “broke”. My money was lost and I was told not to worry and that the funds would show in my account in 15-20 minutes. A full week and nothing. I can’t believe how horrible this is. PNC you did not help a 20+ year client. Horrible service! UPDATE: I visited a local PNC bank where I live and it looks like the virtual teller completed fraud against me. Money was missing out of my account, via a withdrawl that I never completed. Upon further review by a PNC team member, it looks like the same virtual teller who tried to assist me, accessed my account 3 days later and took out a large sum of money. Be aware of this "Solution Center", as it is really looks to be a fraud center.

I expected more of the same when I went to the branch. To my pleasant surprise, Esmeralda and Kelley got everything done for me in that visit - new debit cards printed, online account set up, everything! They definitely turned me into someone thinking of dumping PNC after the horrible phone service into a customer! They were very pleasant and helpful.
