- BWbn winOct 1, 20255.0What a pleasure it was working with everyone at Gianno & Freda! The front office staff were welcoming and efficient. 2024 taxes were done early. And Mark found a mistake on the 2023 taxes (even after the previous firm had amended the return after I pointed out the first mistake the other firm had made.) Will definitely use them next year.
- HMHandy ManSep 9, 20251.0Do not do buisness with this company. This guy thinks he is a mafia boss. The way he treats his customers is rediculous. I asked for him to simply email me a break down of the work he did for me with the IRS. Federal and state. After paying thousands more than i was initially qouted. Mark refused to put anything in an email. I am still recieving bills from the IRS after i was told everthing had been taken care of. Just called my attorney. Will persue legal action against this company.
