He was very professional and had a great understanding of our needs. He has always followed up with e-mails and phone calls. I would recommend him and the entire staff at PNC Bank in Framingham MA.
- MGMatt GwinApr 24, 20241.0I hate writing bad reviews, but this was an incredibly frustrating experience-- poor communication. Needed a medallion signature guarantee, process took months only to be told that they could not do it. The issue is not that I could not get the stamp-- it was the lack of response to updates and inquiries. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered, had to pry again and again for updates. When I asked for clarification and advice, I was met with no response. I'll be looking to switch banks to one with better customer service since this is the only PNC close to Worcester.
