  When I call them, the person who picked up the phone was not patient. But in person, Crystal who helped me is super nice and friendly. She knows what I needed and what she is doing.

  Terrible bank treat a 13 year disabled customer like garbage more for helping the rich disrespected by customer service better off with chime they do more for you then this horrible bank

  I am a PNC customer, but had never been to a branch. I had called my nearest branch to ensure a notary was available, it was not. They mentioned this branch might be able to help. I called and confirmed indeed they had a notary in the office at that time and I could come in that day, but they wanted to ensure it was something they could notarize, so took my phone number and within a few minutes called me back and confirmed. I was surprised it was in a large shopping center with plenty of parking. Everyone was helpful and kind above and beyond my expectations. They made some recommendations about my banking and today I was able to call and close an extraneous account. Thanks so much, I am much more confident in PNC overall after this experience.

  My experience with this bank was very unpleasant. I went out of my way three towns over, 11 miles to be exact to open a business account at this branch because I heard great things. They would give me the run around for two months and I traveled back and forth to this branch multiple times. When I would call the manager he was never available. When I left two messages for the manger to call me back, and he never did. There is a lack of communication at this branch and no one knew what was going on. I was frustrated at this is how they conduct business and this is how they treated new customers. They literally wasted my valuable time. They made it difficult to open an account. I went to there competitor the next day and they open my account the same day with ease. I would not do business with them. I gave it two stars because there were some nice employees.
