  PNC runs business banking like it’s trapped in a time capsule from 1996. Their entire system feels designed to block you instead of serve you — every transfer, every deposit, every simple action turns into a bureaucratic chokehold. Their online portal looks like a high-school HTML project, laggy, clunky, and allergic to anything resembling modern banking. Their customer support is a disaster: you get bounced around, put on hold, handed off to reps who don’t know their own policies, and treated like your business is an inconvenience. And the obsession with faxes — faxes, in 2025 — makes them feel like a museum exhibit rather than a financial institution. Every time you try to move your own money, they throw up another wall, another “verification,” another outdated process that kills your time and momentum. There is no innovation, no urgency, no respect for a business owner’s reality. PNC operates like they’re proud of being slow, proud of being obstructive, and utterly unaware that the rest of the world moved on.

  This branch doesn’t have tellers but one of the staff members name Nasrene helped me and got my problem solved also she helped me to deposit money step by steps with lots of patience. Nasrene thanks a lot for your courteous help.

  Two thumbs down! No teller. If I wanted machines I would bank with Capital One. To cash a check, and get a check made for me, took 30+ minutes. AVOID PNC in Massachusetts if you need to visit a teller from time to time. I have a PNC account from when I lived in Ohio, btw. I bank with Santander, in MA, and highly recommend.

  I've had PNC for close to 6 years now maybe longer . Course that's been in North Carolina. I've yet to try the new ones in mass. But as a bank the have always been 110 percent with me
