- DFdylan farley4 days ago1.0Holy crap I've never worked with worse people. I met with one of their "professionals" in person and gave her all my documents. 2.5 weeks later my taxes still weren't done and I received about 14 emails telling me to upload my tax documents or I'd miss the deadline. I could not get ahold of my tax preparer at all. I was then just switched to a new person and had to do the whole process over again. This new person had to ask every question twice for some reason. The fact that I have to pay for your work is appalling and I will never use this company again
