  I had so many issues with the lady there. Not the lady named Essence but the other woman. 3 times I went there and every time she found a reason NOT to even take my application. First it was that my card has my business name on it BUT IT ALSO HAS MY NAME ON IT, AS I'M THE OWNER. then I needed a bank statement for March although I had a print-out from my bank bc the statement from March hadn't came out yet, then it was "she couldn't find my deposits on my bank app" although it was LITERALLY right there. But she said "that's not it". I just walked out. Smh. What's crazy is I KNOW HER FROM SOMEWHERE I JUST CAN'T PICTURE WHERE"! ITS LIKE SHE HAD SOMETHING PERSONAL AGAINST ME. but I can't remember where I know her from. When business is involved personal go out the window. She is definitely unprofessional. I've been working for 4 years and just needed a little loan to move to a different apartment. But she really angered and honestly hurt my feelings. - QUANTE ALLEN-MORRIS
