- BBBenJun 7, 20251.0TLDR: they don't notify you properly before starting to charge you for inactive accounts. They also don't give change for money you get from their ATM if you don't have an active account. So much for being a community bank. The ATM gave me large denominations when I needed smaller ones, when I went inside I found out they closed my account due to dormancy. They never notified me regarding the dormancy or they were charging me a dormancy fee. The fee likely started during my deployment and I didn't have the time to go back after I returned. Stealing almost $50 from me. They then refused to give me smaller denominations because my account wasn't active.
- DWDouglas WootonMar 1, 20255.0Yesterday, on Friday evening, I pulled into the Richmond branch at 5:29 p.m. A virtual teller, whose name I can't remember (her name started with A), helped me work through a very time-sensitive and critical issue I was having. I own a business that is very hectic and has constant unforeseen changes. I can't thank her enough for the help. Her help completely turned around the very bad day I was having. Awesome experience. 10/10. So thankful to have a bank on my end of the county that offers all the technology resources I need.
