- TSTasha StrattonMay 14, 20251.06+ months to get taxes done costing 1500 dollars is outrageous to begin with. We received a notice charging us an additional 2k for a business that has not turned a profit claiming they were not filed on time. We were told they were by John. We were asked for paperwork from the collection agency that clearly says on it to be filled out by the tax preparer only for John to refuse to help us with it then make snide remarks because we went somewhere else. Who wouldn't with that price and time frame. Cost us 425 this time and they were done in 2 days. The information was given to to the new cpa the exact same way wiyh the exact amount of time before they were due as it was to John. Waste of 1500 dollars clearly cause now we have to seek help from another cpa to try to get this fixed. Never expected this from him. Very disappointed.
- SSSarah StrattonMay 14, 20251.0SCAM ALERT!!!! FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!!! DO NOT GO HERE and SPREAD THE WORD! If it was possible to rate this business with ZERO stars I sure would!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! Paid close to $1500 for my business’s taxes to be done only for it to take 6+ months with NO communication from them. We had to call for updates and were lucky if anyone was actually in the office. Only to receive a collection letter from the IRS stating they had never received our taxes. Went to the office for clarification only to be told it was our responsibility to fill out the forms needed by the IRS. Not quite sure what we paid for. But I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB and will be seeking legal action!
