  Every time I go in they are understaffed, takes 30+ minutes just to be able to make a deposit. Drive thru is the same. I banked with them over 12 years and it’s time to make a change. As a business I can’t afford to lose that much time every time I go to make a deposit or withdraw

  I see why you're rating is so low... if a computer wond read a card they refuse to do anything manually. Even lie and say they did... will never be recommending you. Thanks for the dishonest experience though... taught me a lot

  It appears to me that there is one, yes one person working the drive-thru and the inside. I just DON'T understand this. I do understand not having enough people to work both. I don't understand keeping both open when you don't. Close one of them down. I sat in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes and counting when I wrote this to make a deposit for my work....not me or I would have left.

  They will let people take money from your account (2,000 dollars or more) and not even have a phone number for where the money went to

  False advertising? I saw in the PNC website that a high interest savings account at a rate of 2.25% was available. I called the bank to ask about the deal. The lady said that she had to check on it. She asked where I was from. She told me that the offer was for people outside their service area. I said that I was from Indiana. She said that a person would have to be like from California which is outside the service area to get the 2.25% rate. What a deception with advertising . I will never have anything to do with this shady organization.
