My client and I have sold over 10 condos over the last 3 years in a building in Lexington not one issue and I own one in the building as well. PNC Richard Davies took on the loan for a client but 50 days later 3 days after it was due to close he (emailed didn't call but emailed ) us that they could not get information for HOA and would not do the loan and the HOA did not have enough reserves. This is not a New development building which is the only type of condos that have to prove reserves and the building has been occupied for over 60 years with no issues. He dropped the loan and would not take any calls. I called the HOA and they said he never called or anything. The bank or Mr. Davies are far to unknowladgable to take on even these type of small loans I suggest Citizens Bank or US Bank.
