  First they deposited my paycheck into someone elses account. Now I have to be the one fixing it and keep calling. The lady on the phone wasn't very nice and wouldn't let me finish explaining before cutting me short telling me to go start my claim all over again even though it was their mistake. The atm is down a lot which makes you have to use the teller. Then she gets mad because you don't have a deposit slip and says next time use the outside Atm at the front of the building. They get mad for having to help a customer.

  Worst bank ever!!! I had a checking account but wanted to open a savings and had a large check to deposit. When I told the teller what I needed she told me to make an appointment! My response was" So what do I do with this check until then!" I went back two days later and closed my account! Never again!!

  My wife and I went to this bank to open new accounts. I was told by a teller that we would have to make an appointment. I never heard of such a thing but went ahead and made an appointment for the next day, which was the first time available. While leaving the bank, there were 2 offices with women working on their computers. I'm assuming these were loan officers, and I guess they had something really important to do instead of having new customers! We went down the street and opened an account at Peoples Bank of Mount Washington. We did not need an appointment and we did not have to wait. Cancel my appointment at PNC.

  Do not recommend this location!! I came in today with my daughter to open her a student account and we were actually turned away because "they could not work us in". The best part is after I waited in line only to be turned away a gentleman walks right up to the ladies office and I heard him say I don't have an appointment but can u help me and of course she said yes. Now remind you I was there first, but I think it's rude to just walk in someone's office so I waited in line like most people should do. I find this to be so unprofessional and honestly considering taking my business somewhere else!!!!!!!!!
