How does something like this happen? After calling the fraud department, we did learn that an actual teller had given the person the money! Inside job, maybe?

When I told the teller what I needed she told me to make an appointment! My response was" So what do I do with this check until then!" I went back two days later and closed my account! Never again!!

The best part is after I waited in line only to be turned away a gentleman walks right up to the ladies office and I heard him say I don't have an appointment but can u help me and of course she said yes. Now remind you I was there first, but I think it's rude to just walk in someone's office so I waited in line like most people should do. I find this to be so unprofessional and honestly considering taking my business somewhere else!!!!!!!!!
