How does something like this happen? After calling the fraud department, we did learn that an actual teller had given the person the money! Inside job, maybe?

Why can I view my own account that I paid the service fee for $60 a month? Service charge and extra fee is ridiculous with PNC bank. I am glad I am done with this bank. Line in PNV bank is crazy as well. Do not bank with them.
