- CPChristina Perez3 days ago1.0I have called multiple times to figure out why I transferred money into an account just yesterday and now have zero access to the account. There was no answer, no answering machine/service, just rang for multiple minutes each time. I also realized I was being charged transaction fees for using my own money and have yet to be able to speak to anyone in regard to either matter. Will be withdrawing all funds and closing account. Absolutely ridiculous/no customer service!!

- TTTaylorDec 2, 20251.0If u could give zero i would. Their atm charged me the atm fee since I dont bank their and then didnt give me my cash but took it from my account. Their manager when asked if they shut the atm down would not answer and shen threatened with legal action for not being willing to help or provide the surveillance footage for the faulty atm as proof the atm did not dispense cash hung up on me.
