- TKTristan Koerner6 days ago1.0Walked in to close an account I have with my ex-spouse. To avoid any legal repercussions and as a part of the settlement we agreed upon, I had to close the account we shared. I was shutdown upon walking in that the location was short staffed and to try and schedule a time (my lunch breaks change daily) or find a other branch. I went to another branch 20 minutes away and they couldn't close my account because I had a pending transaction. Had this branch looked into that, I wouldn't have wasted time and gas to go to a different location only to receive no help, but at least the other branch looked into my account to make sure and I will be getting help from them instead. They even advised this location should have at least checked that.

Waited for over 25min in "wrong lane" (teller's words) before moving to "express" lane. I understand with Covid these are different times, but if that's your policy, PUT UP SIGNAGE, PLEASE.
