To avoid any legal repercussions and as a part of the settlement we agreed upon, I had to close the account we shared. I was shutdown upon walking in that the location was short staffed and to try and schedule a time (my lunch breaks change daily) or find a other branch. I went to another branch 20 minutes away and they couldn't close my account because I had a pending transaction. Had this branch looked into that, I wouldn't have wasted time and gas to go to a different location only to receive no help, but at least the other branch looked into my account to make sure and I will be getting help from them instead. They even advised this location should have at least checked that.
