- FTFabio TrujilloNov 5, 20251.0I always go to PNC to change some bills this was always my bank until today Wednesday I went and a Cuban woman with a bad temper refused to change my bills then I asked her if she could exchange 25 dollars and she refused the truth I first that I feel discriminated against maybe she thought my money was fake oh I don't know but I left unsatisfed I'm already talking to a lawyer to file a lawsuit so that they fire the lady for her bad character and for her bad prejudice

Had to argue with them to get overdraft charge reversed they caused. Love it when banks make mistakes and give you the "so sorry". Customer makes a mistake and you get $36 charges!!!
